1. Can I join a class if I am a beginner?
The classes are suitable for all levels of Yoga as Abby will give options throughout, it doesn't matter if it's your first class or if your an experienced Yogi, you are welcome!
2. What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterised by joining postures together in a sequence so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa challenges balance, builds strength and improves flexibility. A regular practise can help to connect your, mind, body and breath and can benefit posture.
3. Do I need to bring my own Mat?
We have mats at Bye the Bridge Gym but if you would prefer to use your own you are more than welcome to bring it along!
4. What if I've booked a class and I can no longer attend?
Where possible please email to let Abby know that you need to cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the class and we can arrange to re-schedule your class. After this time it is considered a late cancellation.
5. What do I wear to Yoga?
Comfy clothes that you can move in are best, many people may wear shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. The room can feel a little chilly to begin with in the winter months before we get moving so a layer is recommended.

7. Do I need to be flexible to come to Yoga?
One of the best side effects of Yoga is that is often increases your functional strength and flexibility so you don't need to be flexible to start of with to come to a yoga class!
