Abby has been practising yoga for over 12 years and teaching yoga for 7 years after completing a 200hr Yoga Teacher training with Yogahaven.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterised by joining postures together in a sequence so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa challenges balance, builds strength and improves flexibility. A regular practise can help to connect your, mind, body and breath and can benefit posture.
